Penelitian ini menyajikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai tren penelitian Computational Thinking (CT) dalam pembelajaran matematika pada tahun 2009 hingga tahun 2023. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, dalam penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan bibliometrik untuk menganalisis pola sebaran publikasi pada CT dengan fokus pada kategori sebagai berikut: penelitian pembangunan, jurnal dan negara paling produktif, referensi yang paling banyak dikutip, jaringan topik, dan peta evolusi tematik.
Sebanyak 276 artikel yang diambil dari database Scopus dianalisis dan divisualisasikan melalui paket analisis Bibliometrix dari software R dan VOSviewer. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa sejak tahun 2009, CT menjadi subjek penelitian pembelajaran matematika yang mengalami pertumbuhan signifikan sejak tahun 2013. Dari segi total publikasi di CT, Education and Information Technologies menyumbang jurnal paling produktif, dan Amerika Serikat menduduki peringkat pertama di antara semua negara. Artikel CT muncul sebagai sumber yang paling banyak dirujuk. Selain itu, topik umum jaringan dengan CT adalah integrasi CT dengan pemrograman, STEM, dan pengkodean. Hasil ini dianalisis lebih lanjut dengan peta evolusi tematik yang menunjukkan penelitian CT dalam pendidikan STEM, termasuk matematika, menunjukkan prospek yang menjanjikan untuk pengembangan di masa depan.
Artikel ini telah terbit pada Jurnal Eurasia Journal of Mathematics, Science and Technology Education, jurnal yang terindeks pada Scopus Q2. Artikel dengan DOI 10.29333/ejmste/14343 dapat diakses melalui tautan ini.
